Shipping Overview

Made by Minerva offers subscription-based physical mail delivered via postal services. Orders are dispatched once per month. Shipping is included in the subscription price.

 

Dispatch Schedule

Mail is typically dispatched during the first week of each month. Orders placed during a given month are for the following month’s dispatch, not the current month.

 

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimated and may vary.

  • United States: approximately 5-7 business days after dispatch
  • International: approximately 7-21 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays, holidays, or customs processing.

 

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via standard postal mail. Tracking is not available. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the postal carrier.

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements
  • Address changes must be made prior to the monthly billing and dispatch cutoff 

 

Lost or Delayed Mail

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers. Lost or undelivered mail is not guaranteed replacement, though replacements may be offered at our discretion.

 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. Replacements may be offered at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

 

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or refusals caused by customs processing.
