Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Subscription Orders
Once a subscription order has been billed and processed for a given month’s dispatch, it is not eligible for a refund or cancellation for that dispatch. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions through their customer account prior to the next billing date.
Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Mail
Our items are shipped via postal mail. Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.
- Lost or undelivered mail is not guaranteed replacement.
- In some cases, replacements may be offered at our discretion.
Please ensure your mailing address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We may offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and it its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@madebyminerva.com.
