- What is this subscription?
This is a monthly snail mail subscription. Each month, subscribers receive a curated piece of physical mail delivered to their mailbox.
Each dispatch may include:

- How much does it cost?
The subscription is $8 per month for U.S. subscribers and $10 per month for international subscribers.
Shipping is included.
- When will I be billed?
You are billed at checkout when you subscribe. That payment applies to the following month’s dispatch. For example, if you subscribe in February, your payment covers the March dispatch. Your subscription renews automatically approximately every 30 days unless canceled.
- When will it be sent?
Mail is dispatched once per month, typically during the first week of the month. Estimated delivery times:

- U.S. delivery: 5-7 business days from the shipping date
- International delivery: 7-21 business days from the shipping date
- Can I update my address?
Yes. Please update your mailing address in your account before your next billing date to ensure correct delivery.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. Once canceled, you will not be charged for future billing cycles.
- What is your return policy?
At this time, all sales are final. However, if something in your order arrives damaged or missing, please reach out using the Contact form or email us directly, and we’ll do our best to help.
- What if my mail doesn’t arrive?
If your mail is lost or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. While replacement can’t always be guaranteed, we’ll always try to make it right.
